On a beautiful plot at the edge of the Conservation Area in Carshalton Village, a dated 1970s detached house was replaced with three new four-bedroom family homes. The scheme was designed to make better use of the land while creating a far more attractive and cohesive street scene.
Extensive discussions and careful negotiations with the Planning Department took place over several months, with multiple design variations presented and refined.
Every element, from the siting and spacing to the architectural detailing, was considered to ensure the homes complemented and enhanced the character of the surrounding area.
A full architectural service was provided, guiding the project from initial concept and Planning through to Building Control and a comprehensive Working Drawings package.
